I would recommend to check other hotels/suites and keep this as the last option. Was very disappointed and would not

The property is very old. Needs lots of attention and renovation. very outdated as compared to other suites/ hotels. the room / bathroom was infested with small flies. Upon bringing this up they said it’s the Autumn season (Khareef) and all rooms are the same. I had requested a room on the higher floor but the check in guy gave me a room on the mezzanine floor. too much disturbance in the morning as it was facing the street. The buffet breakfast was a joke. Lacked variety and lots of repetition. Got to eat scrambled eggs on the last day of my stay.

The maintenance and the stuff used in property was great comfort. The Location of property is excellent !

The staff were really helpful.

The hotel was not as pictured online. A Lot of flying insects in room and restaurant, where I got bites on different skin parts. Location wasn't great.Need a car if you decided to stay there. Last day of my stay they remove the buffet except cheese topped with flies because no one in the hotel. I saw during my stay only one omani group, Not recommended.

The stay in your hotel was admirable.

We really loved the design of the hotel; looked like an old palace with wider corridors, wood works on the walls ceilings and peaceful environment. Moreover, i would like to thank the reception staff who exceeded my expectations by showcasing their infinite level of hospitality. Special thanks to Ms. Aditti Malik and Meena Bist for their warm hospitality. Hope to see them again.

The parking lot needs proper management.

The receptionist was lovely and checking in was so smooth...

The receptionist was lovely and checking in was so smooth and quick. The housekeeping and room service were excellent. The food was good. There was airport drop off facility which was so helpful.

We weren't comfortable because we could hear the noise next room. There was a strange smell in the second floor, not sure if it was from outside.

Location is good if you have your own conveyance as place can be reached easily from here. Room was comfortable with decent facilities. In all good value for money

food was not satisfying it was almost indian food which we dont like to eat, twin beds size are small need to be much more bigger.

Stay at Haffa house, Salalah (9th to 12 th aug 2019)

The hotel is in an accessible location. The rooms are big. Breakfast was ok. Staff is good mannered. Renovation works are happening. I hope things will get better with them.

The hotel is kind of old. The bed and mattress was not clean enough. We had to call for replenishing the toiletries, dental kit etc. The break fast was just ok. We were there for 3 nights. It was Eid day as well. Did not find anything peculiar. The fridge in rooms were not stocked. The view from our rooms was pathetic. We had interconnected rooms and they were not even willing to give the key of interconnected door telling the previous guest lost it which I felt highly gross !! No bath robes available. The bedsheet too had some spot .. it was like for each and everything we had to call and get it done. They charged the amount the same day we entered. Usual hotels wait for the check out day for collecting the payment.

Breakfast was great

Apart from tea bags ,sugar and coffee powder kept in the rooms , milk powder also should be kept. 2 small mineral water bottles for 2 occupants not sufficient . Restaurant should serve the same items listed in room service menu card. Not happy to see plates left outside the rooms for service team to collect.Appreciate if hotel can also arrange for airport drop off

What was the highlight of Haffa House

Don't be deceived by pictures.

Some staff were polite but were clueless about customer service.

The room was dirty and the recent "refurbishment" is to a very bad standard such as paint and filler residue everywhere. Breakfast was horrendous and gave us raw eggs and the food was stale. Yes it was included but we didn't enjoy it at all.
